Issue:

Setup Tracker BMTK priority shutdown binary input

Resolution:

 

1. Priority Shutdown must be enabled in the Tracker PC software. Use Tracker Software to verify that priority shutdown is enabled under panel setup, general tab.  It appears that the default setting for this function is "Disabled."
2. Verify that the BIP is connected.
3. Verify that the panel is at the latest image.
4. Replace the panel if none of this helps.

 

When the priority shutdown input is set back to normal, the system resumes automatically.
