CRASH! PC = A698, page number = 02

No alarms or diagnostics

disconnected comm 3 link, no help

disconnected LCD board, no help

tried 2 different serial cables, no help

tried 2 different versions of HyperTerminal on one PC, no help

12 voyagers. One of which is in cooling but will not open economizer. Also goes in and out of occupancy mode. Second Voyager looses comm and then comes back.

Determine if flaky Voyagers can operate standalone by removing them from Tracker and connecting zone sensor to see if unit can cool properly on its own. Also may want to swap TCI to see if problem is related to bad comm board in Voyager

May need to replace Tracker with new Tracker,,

•  Stat 16 version 6.2 displays a 'Crash, then PC=A698' error after connected with hyper terminal for 60 seconds.
