Problem installing Tracker BMTK or VariTrac CCP service pack

Resolution:

 

If you have trouble installing a Tracker or Varitrac software service pack:

    1) You cannot install the Tracker service pack anywhere other than the C drive.    

    2) Disable any virus protection running on the PC. You must be an administrator on the PC to install the service pack.

    3) Service packs come in two forms, one contains both Tracker and Varitrac, the other Varitrac only.  Make sure you are installing the full Tracker service pack if that's what you have and visa versa if you have just the VariTrac software.

    4) Note that Windows XP Home edition is not supported.

    5) Uninstall and reinstall Tracker/Varitrac software. Reinstall the service pack.
