Please call Technical Support at 1-877-788-7263 and select 4-2-3-3 for the Tracker / VariTrac selection to report this issue.

This issue cannot be fixed in the field, the BMTK Tracker main board will need to be replaced to resolve this issue. BMTK Trackers shipped 11/19/12 and later should not have MAC Address FC:05:06:07:08:09. The MAC Address can be verified from the BMTK Tracker Operator display by selecting the following: Advanced / Service and Testing / Test Tracker Remote Communications / Test Network.

11/9/12 - The BMTK Tracker has been put on Ship Hold. Has been confirmed as a defect.
Could experience intermittent comm. issues with multiple BMTK Trackers on same LAN (Local Area Network).
Work around if can disconnect the BMTKÂ Trackers with the same MAC Address from the LAN (Local Area Network).
11/19/12 - The BMTK Tracker ship hold has been released.
