Problem:
WSHP variable speed fan will not Start 460 vac.
Resolution:
With 460 vac incoming power, a dedicated Neutral wire is required to supply 277 vac power to the fan motor. This does not mean one leg of 460 and ground, but a dedicated neutral 4 power wire hook up. If not wired in this manor, or 460 vac applied to the ECM module, the ECM module will be blown and will need to be replaced.
