Solution: The factory VFDs are commissioned at the factory, so they are fully operated and checked according to the selection.
First Tier Troubleshooting with Trane Technical Support: 1-877-788-7263, have equipment serial number available. Once determined to be a drive issue, see below.
Troubleshooting with Danfoss TR Support: 1-877-872-6363, have the VFD serial number available. Danfoss will ask for your Trane Support Ticket #, which is issued when Tier I support communication is initiated.
