CGAM Pump Package VFD
Resolution:
The CGAM pump package built in Pueblo, CO comes standard with a single VFD, the Trane TR200.
There is no option or DSPA available to provide a second VFD.
The VFD can be used to balance the system in a constant flow application.
The VFD can also be used in a variable primary flow system.
It accepts a field supplied input signal to control the pump flow.
The signal required is 0 - 10 VDC.
Termination points are 1X7-1 (positive) and 1X7-2 (negative), which can be found inside the control side of the electrical panel (see drawing below).
If the VFD fails, the pumps will shut down. There is no bypass.

There is no option for a balancing valve instead of the VFD.
