Purpose
Creative Solutions provides various types of modifications on Trane equipment. For parts and technical support, some key information is required.
Key Information
1. Special unit label job number which starts with CST. The job number is located at the top of the special unit label.
Two labels are placed on the equipment which list important information about the modification. One is located on the outside of the unit in close proximity to original equipment standard model/serial nameplate tag. The second label may be located on the inside of an electric panel near the standard unit drawings. A label has been attached to this article to serve as an example.
Not all components of a unit will be modified. The description field of the special unit label will help identify the modification scope.
2. Unit serial number. (Note: The serial number used by Creative Solutions is the same serial number assigned by the original Trane factory.)
