Subject
Horizontal Unit Ventilators Unit configuration. DIG 20 = A, G, H, J only
may not be sealing, leaving a gap of 0.25"-0.5" allowing fresh air to freely
enter the unit which could result in Low Temperature Detectors being
tripped. Unit may have slack in the UV Damper Linkage preventing the fresh air damper seal to contact
with the discharge frame.
The action described in this bulletin is NOT being taken to address a safety concern.
This is a FIX ON FAIL Retrofit
Affected Units
Horizontal Unit Ventilators Models HUVC* with 20th digit = A, G, H, or J, product code 0042, serial number
range of H19A****** through H21D*****, shipped between May 2019 and April 2021.
