We frequently receive comments and requests from Servicing Technicians regarding the absence of labels or equipment identifiers in the Unitary Equipment Control Panels. This Help Center case aims to assess and relay feedback to Engineering and upper management concerning the potential benefits and enhanced work efficiency that such labels could provide. Control Panel labels have already been implemented in several other product lines, such as Chillers, but have yet to be introduced in the Unitary Product lines (Precedent, Voyager, Odyssey, RAUJ, or IntelliPak).
