Service Alert Summary:
On A2L units we noticed that the VFD label (X39004511001) which shows the control parameters for the unit have been installed with a previous revision A instead of revision C. This information is located on the bottom right corner of the VFD parameters list.

What are known Diagnostics or Symptoms:
When drives are replaced in the field the parameters will required updating. The current parameter chart may be incorrect. The modification on the previous revision was on the step: Reference 1 source. Each revision change the next step:

What actions can I take now:
- The drive was programmed correctly in the factory
- No reprogramming required
- This action is to correct the VFD parameter information only
- The purpose of this Service Alert is mainly directed at future VFD replacements and possible mis-programming based on current VFD label within unit

- At this time, we do not expect any bulletin will be published.
Are WMS(Warranty Management System) claims allowed for this issue?
- Claims for this issue are currently not allowed.

- Yes, final resolution has been confirmed per above.
What can I tell my customer?
The unit operation is not affected. The VFD parameter label should be replaced to prevent future issues with replacement parts.
