This page explains how to request access to License Management in Salesforce using ServiceNow.
Note: Independent office techs or other employees should submit an access request to obtain access to Salesforce Controls Licensing Portal, regardless of whether they already have Salesforce access.
- Click the ServiceNow link: Request Access to Salesforce.
- Under Request Details, select the following options:
- Action Required? – Add
- SBU Account – Commercial HVAC Americas
- Access Required? – CHVAC North America – CRM
- For Is National Accounts (Key Accounts) access required? -No
- Select the user's Time Zone – Choose the time zone you are in.

In the Please select the role field, make sure to select 'Trane Independent Sales Office Community User'
- Add comments explaining why you are requesting access, then click [Order Now] button.
- Once your access request is processed, you will receive a notification.
