This page explains how contractors and customers can register for an account in the Trane Controls Licensing portal
How to Register
- Click the registration link: User Registration
- Under Sign Up section, enter the following information:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Password
- Company Name
- Trane Supply or Enterprise Customer Account Number (Optional)
- Order Reference Number (Optional) - Use the Oracle Order Number from any recent Symbio 700 license order.
- Address - Enter your Company Address
- Accept the privacy policy and click on [Submit]
Important: Please make sure all information is accurate and complete. Incorrect or missing information may delay the registration process
What Happens Next
- After you submit the form, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your registration request.
- Our team will review and process your registration in the background.
- Once your registration is approved, you will receive an email confirming that your Trane Licensing Account has been created. This email will also include your login credentials.
Processing Time: The registration process typically takes 1 to 3 business days, depending on the accuracy of the information submitted.
How to Sign In
- After you receive your account credentials, open the licensing portal.
- Click Sign In with SSO.
- Log in using the credentials provided in the registration approval email.
Additional Note: You can also change your password from the sign-in screen.
