Rover CFD State Manager Error Message

Issue:

CFD State Manager Error Message

Resolution:

This error message showed up after clicking download in Rover flash download.

DSN-A was unused.
Corrected DSN Using Rover, can you write a specific DSN.
DSN-A = 11-001-001, DSN-B = ZL-001-001
Rover flash download worked.

If both DSN's are valid and device status is Configured/Online:

Close Rover, Right Click on Rover icon and select Run as Administrator

Attempt Flash Download

If that does not resolve the issue, verify Rover is at latest version/service pack.  Update as needed
If that does not resolve, uninstall/reinstall Rover

For non-Trane PC's, Check User Account Control settings and make sure it is set to the lowest setting allowed by your company IT policy, before installing.

Anti-virus software should be turned off during the installation.

For Trane PC's, VPN connect to Trane Network

Update Avecto Policy

Uninstall through Avecto Programs and Features

Install using Updater II or right click and use Run Elevated option
