Issue:
Unable to locate a separate reading for the Outdoor Air Temperature connected to the rooftop unit
Resolution:
There is no separate point for the local reading.
The LCI-R uses outdoor air temperature arbitration to select between the BAS communicated temperature and the unit’s local wired outdoor air sensor. The selected value becomes Outdoor Air Temperature Active, which the controller uses for operation.
Arbitration
A valid BAS/communicated temperature has priority over the local sensor. If the communicated value becomes invalid, or updates stop and the configured receive heartbeat expires, the controller Outdoor Air Temperature Active falls back to the local sensor. If neither source is valid, the active temperature is reported as invalid.
From the Tracer SC+/BAS place the communicated value Outdoor Air Temperature BAS "Out of Service" to use the local sensor
LCI-R input nviOutdoorTemp receives the communicated reading from Outdoor Air Temperature BAS (ACC-SVN19C-EN page 17)
LCI-R output nvoOutdoorTemp reports the Outdoor Air Temperature Active value. (ACC-SVN19C-EN page 24)
