Issue:
BCI-R SZVAV with wireless communications will not bring on cooling
BCI-R SZVAV receiving a communicated space temp BAS will not bring on cooling.
E-Flex will not bring on cooling
Problem:
BCI-R SZVAV has no problem heating or economizing but has problems with mechanical cooling.
Problem has been seen on V20 (sticker version on the board says 19.2) v21 and v23 of the RTRM
Not sure if the if lesser versions of the RTRM are affected or not. Still under investigation.
Workaround:
Install a sensor in the return air of the RTU and wire it into terminals 1 and 2 on the RTRM.
Could also add a jumper between J6-1 to J6-2 on the RTRM module. Jumper tells the RTRM the space temp will be communicated.
Solution:
The RTRM is not up gradable in the field, this is a hardware change.
