TR200 Parameters for CGAM Pump Package Applications: TR200 VFD CGAM Pump parameters: (See attachment below)
Water pump flow balancing:
-
Using the service tool - TechView (KestrelView) select:
- Unit Manual Overrides tab
-
Manual Overrides : Manual Evaporator Pump Control:
- Change from AUTO >>> ON
- TR200 Drive - Pump in HAND
- Determine speed (frequency) required for Design (desired) Pressure Drop (per submittal)
- Adjust Parameter 3-02 to speed (frequency) determined in previous step
- Place TR200 Drive - AUTO
-
Using the service tool - TechView (KestrelView) select:
- Unit Manual Overrides tab
-
Manual Overrides : Manual Evaporator Pump Control:
- Change from ON >>> AUTO
Notes:
If using 0-10 VDC Customer Provided Pump VSD Speed Signal:
- DO NOT set parameter 3-02 below 30 Hz. However, parameter 3-02 can be set to the speed equivalent of minimum flow for the BPHE if desired.
- Parameter 3-03 can be adjusted down from 60 Hz to the Maximum Flow of the BPHE to prevent pump run-out which can lead to Over-amping.
- Additionally Parameter 6-15 (Terminal 53 High Ref) will need to be set to the Danfoss factory default setting of 60. If not the drive will not ramp up to the frequency set in parameter 3-03.
If drive parameter 0-03 was changed from International to North America:
- ...you will need to set VSD parameter 0-03 back to International, and then ReInitialize the VSD using parameter 14-22. See attachment link for reference.
