Summary:
This process outlines how to save and load a controller configuration onto a UC or Symbio controller using Tracer TU. UC400 and Symbio 500 configurations are interchangeable.
Resolution:

| 1. | From the File menu, select "Save As". | |
| 2. | Select the location you would like the file saved to on your PC (e.g. desktop). Enter the desired file name and select save. | |
| How to load a controller configuration. | ||
| 1. | From the Utilities menu, select "File Transfer Utility." Notice: It's good practice to take a program backup of the controller by selecting "Backup Utility" prior to loading the new configuration. Controller backups are specific to unit serial numbers and should not be loaded onto different units. | |
| 2. | Make sure the box is checked next to the controller’s name and click next. | |
| 3. | Browse to and select the Config file and click Open. | |
| 4. | Verify the correct file is in the window, click on Next, then click on Start. | |
| 5. | When the update is completed, select Finish. | |
