Trane ProSpace VRF products have 10 year warranty as standard from the date of startup (dating back to Aug 2015). The factory will no longer process the required documentation for the warranty. The new policy in place is for the local office to keep and store the documents and present them to the factory if ever needed. Attached is the Warranty Certificate template to provide to the field.
