Issue:
1. BCI-R will not go into BAS control. Always remains in Standalone control.
2. Unit cannot be controlled by the zone sensor.
3. Unit cannot be controlled by the thermostat.
Process (Steps 1-7):
1. Configure TD5 Local Display for System Control ("Read Mode"):
2. If the Auto and Stop buttons are displayed in the top right hand corner then the TD5 is in Write mode.
3. Access the Settings menu by tapping Settings.

4. Tap on the Setup button once the Settings menu is open.

5. Tap on the Display Read Only Mode button to change from Write mode to Read Only mode.
6. Tap the Save button (not shown).

7. Once the Read Only mode has been established the Auto and Stop buttons will no longer be shown on the Main menu.

Note: The TD5 Requires RTRM Board v12 or newer. If this was an older unit that has had a display added, ensure the RTRM is also upgraded to its current version.
