Overview:
Troubleshooting tips for newer Voyager 2 units with (2) 24 VAC Transformers and Compressor Contactors with AUX relays.
Solution:
When a newer style Voyager 2 exhibits the problem of both condenser fans not running, often the issue is that CTB-2 has a loose wire or doesn't have 24 VAC.
On the wiring diagram it looks like CTB-2 is powered from the RTRM J2 plug, but the opposite is actually true.
CTB-2 (line 75 on the attached wiring diagram) gets its power from TNS3 (line 58 on the attached wiring diagram) and CTB-2 powers RTRM J2-10 and J3-1.
Another thing to be aware of on the wiring diagram is that ODF2 controls condenser fan 1 (the one closest to the control box) and ODF1 controls condenser fan 2 (the one farthest from the control box)
If CTB-2 has power but the compressor contactor AUX relays have no power check to make sure the yellow wire W154 is connected to CTB-2.
Attached for download is a modified wiring diagram showing CTB-2 and TNS3 on the same page.
