Solution:

Here is how the line voltage gets to the transformers from the Hi Voltage Terminal Block.

L1 – Red

1. From (HTB1) HI Voltage Terminal Block
2. To (FU1) Fuse (if present)
3. From (FU1) Fuse (if present)
4. To CF1 (Outdoor Motor Capacitor)
5. From CF1 (Outdoor Motor Capacitor)
6. To TNS1 (24 VAC Control Power Transformer) COM Terminal
7. From TNS1 (24 VAC Control Power Transformer) COM Terminal
8. To TNS2 (Ignition Transformer) H1 Terminal

L2 – Blue

1. From (HTB1) HI Voltage Terminal Block
2. To (FU2) Fuse (if present)
3. From (FU2) Fuse (if present)
4. To Compressor Contactor 1, Terminal L3
5. From Compressor Contactor 1, Terminal L3
6. To TNS2 (Ignition Transformer) H2 or H3 Terminal
7. From TNS2 (Ignition Transformer) H2 or H3 Terminal
8. To TNS1 (24 VAC Control Power Transformer) 208, 230, 480 or 575 Terminal
