Do not use 1.13.9 in a IntelliPak II LCI-I, you'll get a Version Mismatch Diagnostic

LCI-I hardware has not changed
The image version is shown in the Configuration menu at the human interface for the IntelliPak (minor version and build number are shown, not the 1). You can also look at NV#12 nciDevMinVer for the minor version number (13, e.g.)
Notes:
Rover V5 SP8 included 1.13.6.
Rover 5 SP6 and has image 1.13.5, SP7 has just come out recently, but did not have a newer image for the LCI-I, latest image at this time is 1.13.5.
