How to tell the Model number what Intellipak you have.
Resolution:
Intellipak 2 Model numbers to date are 2008 to 2022 Intellipak controlled were S_HJ 410
Intellipak 2 with Symbio 800 Controller 410 units are S_HN
Intellipak 2 R-454B from 2024+ is S_HT
Intellipak 1 20-75 S_HC & S_HF are R22 Ipak 1s
Intellipak 1 20-75 2010 to 2022 are Intellipak controlled 410 S_HL
Intellipak 1 20-75 2023 Symbio 800 Control 410 S_HM
Intellipak 1 20-72 R-454B from 2024+ is S_HP
Intellipak 1 90-130 S_HG are R22 Ipak 1s
Intellipak 1 90-130 S_HK are 410 Intellipak control Ipak 1s
Intellipak 1 90-130 S_HL are 410 Symbio 800 control Ipak 1s
Intellipak 1 90-130 R-454B from 2024+ is S_HR

Check the first configuration menu screen of the human interface.
If it says Configuration - Model Num Digit 1, Unit Type, then you have an IntelliPak 1.
If it says Unit Product Family is INTELLIPAK II, then you have an IntelliPak 2.
If it says Unit Product Family is INTELLIPAK I, then you have either IntelliPak 1 or IntelliPak 1+.
To tell the difference between IntelliPak 1 and IntelliPak 1+, look further into the IPAK HI Configuration menu.
Scroll down until you get to the Software Revision Number screens.
The first one is the RTM software revision number.
If the RTM software revision number is 23 or less, you have an IntelliPak 1.
If the RTM software revision number is 28 or greater, you have an IntelliPak 1+.
These are the communication protocols supported by the 3 different types of IntelliPaks.
IPAK 1 supports TCI, LCI-I (v1.13.9), and BCI-I
You might have to upgrade some IPAK 1 boards to support the BCI-I.

IPAK 2 supports LCI-I (v2.16.0) and BCI-I
IPAK 1+ supports TCI, LCI-I (v2.16.0), and BCI-I
