Symbio 700 Customer Connection Module Installation Guide and Configuration
Summary:
This kit is required when adding a humidistat, ventilation override, remote minimum position, external auto/stop, and alarm indicators. The Customer Connection module operates with the Symbio 700 in the condenser to provide logic control.

Address:
On the Customer Connection module, when the module is field-installed set the address rotary switches to 78. This is required to integrate the module with the Symbio controller. If the Customer Connection module was powered up before setting the address, reset the IMC link. To reset the IMC link go to Tools > Service > scroll down to IMC LINK RESET.

Configuration:
Humidistat:
From the Home screen > Settings > View Configuration > Edit > Proceed and change Humidity Sensor to Installed
Note: The Customer Connection module is installed from the factory when the Dehumidification Option is factory-installed.
Ventilation Override:
From the Home screen > Settings > View Configuration > Edit > Proceed and change Ventilation override to Installed
Note: When configured for the Ventilation Override option, applying 24 volts to one of the three Ventilation Override inputs manually activates the Ventilation Override. If more than one mode is requested at the same time, the Pressurize request will have priority followed by Purge, and then Exhaust. When Any Ventilation Override mode is active, all heating and cooling is turned off.

Remote Minimum Position:
From the Home screen > Settings > View Configuration > Edit > Proceed and change Remote Minimum Position to Installed
Note: A wired potentiometer can be used to adjust the outdoor air damper minimum position setpoint in the range of 0 to 50 percent (0 to 270 ohms).
External Auto/Stop:
From the Home screen > Settings > View Configuration > Edit > Proceed and change External Auto/Stop to Installed
Alarm Indicator:
From the Home screen > Settings > View Configuration > Edit > Proceed and change Alarm Indicator to Installed
