Configuration
Humidistat
- Dehumidification Control = Humidistat
- Humidistat = Installed
- Humidity Sensor = Not Installed
Note: The Customer Connection module is installed from the factory when the Dehumidification Option is factory-installed.
Using the Mobile Phone App
- Connect to the Symbio™ 700 board through Bluetooth.
- Select the Settings menu.
- Select View Configuration.
- Select Edit at the top right of the screen.
- Select Proceed to stop the equipment operation.
- Scroll down to Dehumidification Control.
- Tap Installed.
- Select Save.
- Scroll down to Humidistat, verify it shows Installed.
- If not, Tap Installed.
- Select Save.
- Scroll down to Humidity Sensor.
- Tap Not Installed.
- Select Save.
- Select Save again in the top-right corner to save all configurations.
Using the Symbio 700 Onboard menu and keypad
- Press Home.
- Press the Down Arrow and select Utilities.
- Press the Check.
- Press the Down Arrow and select Unit Config.
- Press the Check.
- Press the Down Arrow and select Edit Unit Config.
- Press the Check.
- Press the Down Arrow, select Dehumidification Control, then select Humidistat.
- Press the Check.
- Press the Down Arrow and select Humidistat, then select Installed.
- Press the Check.
- Press the Down Arrow and select Humidity Sensor, then select Not Installed.
- Press the Check.
- Press the Down or Up Arrow until you find Save Config.
- Press the Check.
- Press the Down Arrow to change No to Yes.
- Press the Check.
- It will say Edit Unit Config Updating.
Ventilation Override
- Ventilation Override = Installed
Note: When configured for the Ventilation Override option, applying 24 volts to one of the three Ventilation Override inputs manually activates Ventilation Override. Three inputs are provided on the Customer Option Module supporting Ventilation Override functionality:
- Pressurize mode
- Purge mode
- Exhaust mode
If more than one mode is requested at the same time, the Pressurize request will have priority followed by Purge, and then Exhaust. When Any Ventilation Override mode is active, all heating and cooling is turned off. For the case where the unit is required to turn Off via hardwired interface, the Equipment Shutdown binary input is used.

- Press the Down or Up Arrow until you find Save Config.
- Press the Check.
- Press the Down Arrow to change No to Yes.
- Press the Check.
- It will say Edit Unit Config Updating.
Remote Minimum Position
- Remote Minimum Position = Installed
Note: With an installed Customer Connection Module and Remote Minimum Position is configured in the Symbio™ 700, a wired potentiometer can be used to adjust the outdoor air damper minimum position setpoint in the range of 0 to 50 percent (0 to 270 ohms). The setting is reported via Remote Minimum Position. If Remote Minimum Position input and Demand Controlled Ventilation is installed, the Remote Minimum Position provides the minimum damper position setpoint at full fan capacity. Tables below provide details of when the Remote Minimum Position input is utilized in minimum ventilation control. When Remote Minimum Position is installed with Demand Controlled Ventilation, the Remote Minimum Position input is used in place of Design Minimum OA Damper Position at Full Fan Capacity setpoint. See tables below for more details.

- Press the Down Arrow, select Remote Minimum Position, then select Installed.
- Press the Down or Up Arrow until you find Save Config.
- Press the Check.
- Press the Down Arrow to change No to Yes.
- Press the Check.
- It will say Edit Unit Config Updating.
External Auto/Stop
- External Auto/Stop = Installed
Note: External Auto/Stop (Customer Connection Module), soft shutdown

- Press the Down or Up Arrow until you find Save Config.
- Press the Check.
- Press the Down Arrow to change No to Yes.
- Press the Check.
- It will say Edit Unit Config Updating.
Alarm Indicator
- Alarm Indicator = Installed
Note: Alarm Indicator, Normally Open - J10-1 and J10-2 - Dry Contact/Binary Output

- Press the Down Arrow and select Unit Config.
- Press the Check.

- Press the Down or Up Arrow until you find Save Config.
- Press the Check.
- Press the Down Arrow to change No to Yes.
- Press the Check.
- It will say Edit Unit Config Updating.
