Resolution:
Jumper may be missing or needs to be removed from motor plug to reverse motor rotation. See attached diagram. Jumper is on lines 22-23 on your unit schematic. Jumper is between P5 and P11 on motor plug for single phase units.
On three phase units with 1.5 or 3 HP motors the jumper is located on the 12 pin connector at the drive. The pinning of the connector is the same.
Update:
If the jumper does not fix the fan running backwards take a look at how the motor is being controlled.
For example: if 24v is constantly being supplied to the run command (I.e. CSTI board), disconnect the 24v run command, cycle power to the unit, wait a few seconds and give the 24v (G) signal to run (CSTI = TB3, 3.4 or 5) or 0-10VDC input (TB4-2 and 3). If this fixes the problem make sure there is a time delay to start the fan upon power loss.

This does NOT apply to the motors on BCXC units.
