Issue:
The compressor overload settings are based on the chiller voltage and compressor size. When these values are set incorrectly, the diagnostic Compressor Overload Setting will be annunciate by the controller.
Resolution:
Compressor overload settings for the 35, 40, 50, and 60 ton GP compressors can be found in the table link below. These tables are in the IOM for each chiller.
