Issue:
Getting a d8 under voltage diagnostic.
Resolution:
Check the phase to phase voltage and compare it to the nameplate voltage. It should be within +/- 10% of the nameplate voltage. Check that the menu settings for voltage are correct. Finally, check the under/over voltage transformer, 1T2. It should have a 20:1 ratio. Refer to service bulletin RTAA-SB-5 or RTAA-SVD03A-EN for further information.
