Issue:
What can cause suction temperature too high on CGAM units?
Resolution:
- This diagnostic is generated when the suction temperature measurement is larger than the entering temperature threshold value for 5 continuous minutes.
- Check that the suction temperature sensor is installed in the well properly for the respective circuit.
- Check that there is adequate thermal paste.
- Verify temperature sensor temperature is indicating on the display versus thermocouple measured temperature
- Check that entering water temperature sensor is reading correctly
Notes:
Note: Diagnostic 7148 is equivalent to the suction temperature too high alarm. Main Processor software in the Dynaview should be upgraded to reflect the verbiage of this code.
