Torque Specifications for the bolts securing the load, unload, and female unloader solenoid valves on the following:
- GP1 (RTAA, RTWA, RTUA 70-125 tons)
- GP2 (RTAC, RTWD, RTAF)
- GP4 (RTAE, ACRA)
- CHHC (RTHC & RTHD)
Male load and unload solenoid (Round Parker valves)
- The bolts are torqued in 2 steps
- The first torque should be done at 100 in-lbs (cross pattern)
- The final torque at 185 in-lbs
Compressors with female unloader (GP1 & GP2)
- Rectangular Danfoss valve
- Bolts should be torqued at 92 in-lbs
