Issue:
CGAM Compressor Knocking Noise
Resolution:
- When the compressors run there is a knocking or banging sound. Often, this sound is mistaken for a bad bearing or loose scroll. This is likely a loose or improperly torqued mounting bolt on the compressor to chassis mounting.
- The solution can be found within the attached PowerPoint document
- All compressor mounting bolts will need to be loosened and tightening/torqued according to the instructions within the document
