Issue:
1F15 control power fuse is blowing
Resolution:
Being troubleshooting using RTAA-SB-9 or RLC-SVD03A-EN
- Disconnect heaters at E6 on 1U4. If fuse blows, then problem is with triacs or with an internal transformer within the module.
- Isolate all components and plug them in until fuse blows (divide and conquer strategy)

- 1F15 control power fuse is blowing whenever the load triac, unload triac, or the crankcase heaters are connected.
Facts:
- Air-Cooled Chiller (Pueblo) (RTAA 70-125 Ton)
- Air-Cooled Chiller (Pueblo) (RTAA 130-400 Ton)
- Crankcase heaters did not show open or shorted.
