*LCU Precedent Motor Wiring with Replacement 3-Speed motor
The original fan motor used in some 3-5T Precedent units originally used a 2-speed motor that used a high-speed relay (HSR) to switch between high and low speeds.
Low-Speed Operation
Motor ORG and BLK wires connected, RED & VIOLET powered
High-Speed Operation
Motor ORG & RED isolated, BLK & VIOLET powered
The replacement motor may be a 3-speed motor with more wires than the original and different wire color designations (details from 3T unit using MOT18824 shown below).
Note: YELLOW and BROWN are connected internally in the motor, there is no need to connect YELLOW, but it can be connected to the same side of the capacitor as BROWN
