Resolution:
This compressor information is for R410a CGAM.
Pueblo CGAM 20 to 130 scroll chillers can have one or two independent refrigerant circuits, depending on chiller size.
A refrigerant circuit consists of two scroll compressors manifolded together.
CGAM 20 to 35 = One refrigerant circuit (2 compressors in chiller)
CGAM 40 to 120 = Two independent refrigerant circuits (4 compressors total)
CGAM 130 = Two independent refrigerant circuits (6 compressors total)
The table below shows the compressor size and quantity in each CGAM model.
- 60Hz available in CGAM 20 to 130
- 50Hz available in CGAM 20 to 120 ***50hz Not Available with R-454B***

The R-454B compressors utilize a Variable Volume Index (VVi) compressor with 2 valves added to the top of a fixed scroll. The VVI compressor has improved performance at part loads.
