Issue:
Communication Loss with Fan Control after upgrading an RTAC unit with low ambient capability
Resolution:
- Communication Loss due to incorrect setting for air flow steps...see snapshot below
- Airflow Variable Speed Fan for Circuit 1 and Circuit 2 needs to be "0"
- Air Flow Step 4 for Circuit 1 and Circuit 2 needs to have a value
- The default values are likely not correct for your unit. These values must be derived from the original CH530 configuration. See example below
- This should resolve the Communication Loss diagnostic
- Note: This does not apply to units with the CH530 control
