An issue with the end of line test incorrectly designated the compressor frame size in the configuration. The chiller will inadvertently trip on either Excessive Condenser Pressure or High Pressure Cutout diagnostics.
Change compressor frame size as noted below.
Correct compressor frame size can be verified in Comfort Site (MNL).
How to Change Compressor Frame Size. Steps found below image.
- Connect to UC800 via USB to TU.
- Click Equipment Utility Tab.
- Click Configuration Tab.
- Open Compressor 1A.
- Select from dropdown Proper Frame Size for Compressor "1A".
- Open Compressor 2A.
Select from dropdown Proper Frame Size from Compressor "2A".
- Click Save.
- Wait for Success Box.
- Click Ok.
