Is an external flow switch required?
Resolution:
Yes, a flow switch/flow proving device and an auxiliary contact from the chilled water pump starter are required for proof of flow. Refer to RTHC-IOM-1C, page 3-10 for further information.
Notes:
NOTE: The IOM gives an incorrect terminal designator for the flow switch. The terminal designator should be J26-2, NOT J26-1.
