Resolution:
1. Check condenser coils for cleanliness
2. Leaking load solenoid Refer to RTAA-SVD01A-EN : Intermediate compressor trouble shooting guide
3. Slide valve piston leaking Refer to RTAA-SVD01A-EN and RTAA-SVB09C: Piston replacement guide
4. Condenser fans not coming on. ( check motor contactor, blade rubs, wiring, motor, etc...)
5. Possible lip seal failure. Refer to RTAA-SVD01A-EN
