Issue:
Compressor won't load or make setpoint.
Resolution:
Refer to RTHA-SB-12 for load/unload solenoid valve troubleshooting.
Put the compressor into manual loading and check the triac output of 115V at J4-1 on the 1U2 circuit module.
Put a hose on the oil line valve on the outlet to the oil separator tank and connect it to the schrader next to the unload solenoid valve on top of the compressor. Monitor amp draw to see if it increases.
Check refrigerant charge to see if it is properly charged.
Make sure all oil service valves on the compressor are open.
