Issue:
Compressor will not Unload
Resolution:
RTAA 130-400 TON Chiller:

Used troubleshooting from RTAA-SVD01A-EN to check out compressor, possible causes:
- Worn Piston Rings
- Stuck Piston
- Slide Valve separated from Slide Valve Shaft
- Bronze Filters under Load/Unload Solenoid Valves plugged (Remove to correct)
Refer to RTAA-SVB09C-EN for instructions on piston replacement.
Changes:
Pulsing or continuously powering the unload solenoid valve does not unload the compressor at all.
Other Question/Problem/Cause Statements:
- Compressor will not Unload?
- Compressor will start unloaded, but loads to over 100% RLA in just a few seconds?
- HPC?
- High Pressure Cutout?
- Low Oil Flow?
- Fans not staging fast enough?
- Compressor Starts Loaded?
- Low Oil Flow...Diagnostic 198?
- Low Oil Flow...Diagnostic 199?
- Compressor Starts Loaded Intermittently?
