Issue:
Efector Flow Switch LED Indication
Resolution:
CGAM Chillers utilize an Efector Flow Switch. There are 3 LEDs on the flow switch cable.
- Green LED ON indicates Power and Flow.
- Amber LED & Green LED ON indicates NO Flow.
- Two Amber LEDs & Green LED ON indicated No Flow and possible wiring error.
- Amber LED & NO Green LED...not possible unless the Cable is Bad or there is a wiring error.
CGAM ships standard with an IFM efector flow switch. Paddle style flow switches are not available as an option.
The CGAM can ship with 4 different flow switch set points which are determined by design conditions.
LWTE, Glycol type and percentage of glycol will determine flow switch set point. Flow switch set point is an output in TOPSS output. It can be found in the "General' section.
