Resolution:
RTHD
- The Main Processor (Dyna-view) shows an RTHD locked out on Compressor Cool-Down Timer

If the display only shows the seconds counting down and the timer never expires, this is a problem with the Dynaview Main Processor
- The resolution is to replace the Dynaview
