Issue:
Starter dry run
Resolution:
RTHC:
- Remove line voltage.
-
Remove ground connection at 1TB3-1 to isolate ground(s).
- Note: you may need to remove 1F1-1F3 also, when doing this test.
- Apply an external 115VAC to 1TB3-10 (hot) to 1TB3-1 (neutral).
- Once control power is applied to the micro, disable the under/over voltage protection.
- Starter Dry Run is initiated in the "Service Test" group. This group is password protected (++--++, Enter). Step through the service test group to starter dry run and initiate the test.

For additional Starter dry run timing requirements, see Diagnostic and Controls Troubleshooting RTHC-SVD01B-EN. For alternate procedure, refer to page 45 of this bulletin, a 24 VAC transformer will be needed.
