Issue:
1F16 and 1F17 fuses are blowing
Resolution:
RTAA 70-125 Ton, RTWA 70-125 Ton, RTUA 70-125 Ton Chillers:
- These fuses provide line voltage/power to the 120VAC Control Power Transformer (Step-down Transformer)
- These fuses ALSO provide voltage to the Under/Over Voltage Transformer.
- Under Voltage issue:
- The Under/Over Voltage feature can be disabled.
- The wiring going to the 1T2 Transformer can be disconnected.
- Please refer to the Transformer Checkout Procedure in the Controls Troubleshooting Bulletin (RLC-SVD03A-EN) and replace the 1T2 if needed.
Other Question/Problem/Cause Statements:
- 1F16 and 1F17 fuses are blowing
- Loss of 120VAC Control Power
- Under Voltage
- No voltage display on Human Interface
