Resolution:
Balanced starts and hours on RTAC chillers is always enabled. It cannot be disabled.
The chiller will start the compressor which has the least amount of starts first. Then, it will stage on the next compressor which has the lesser amount of starts and continue this routine until all compressors are on.
When shedding compressors, the microprocessor will stage off the compressor which has the most amount of hours first, then stage off the next compressor which has the most hours and so on.
The microprocessor will not count a start until the female step solenoid valve steps in.
