Torque Specifications for the Voyager 2 indoor fan assembly.
Torque Values:
Grip-It Bearing Setscrew: - 10/32 UNF X 3/4 T-27 TORX PLUS HEAD - 88 Inch pounds.
Fan and Motor Sheave Setscrew:
On YC,TC,WC*150 - 180 and 211 units, torque the motor sheave set screw and the fan sheave set screw to 124 inch pounds.
On YC,TC,WC*181 and 210-301 units, torque the motor sheave set screw to 124 inch pounds and the fan sheave set screw to 168 inch pounds.
On Y/T/WS*150 - 180 and T/YH*210 units, torque the motor sheave set screw and the fan sheave set screw to 124 inch pounds.
On T/YH*180, Y/T/WS210-301, and T/YH*210-300 units, torque the motor sheave set screw to 124 inch pounds and the fan sheave set screw to 168 inch pounds.
For Eflex units - Use the torque values for TH/YH units.
Fan Squirrel Cage Setscrew:
12.5 ton - 150 Inch Lbs.
All other units - 295 Inch Lbs.
Belt Tension Adjustment Bolt: - 288-302 inch pounds
