DPB52 - True RMS 3-Phase, Multifunction monitoring relay True RMS
Connections
Connect the 3-phase power supply taking care of the sequence.
Connect the relay output according to the ratings.
Automatic screwdriver can be used with max. tightening torque:
L1, L2, L3: 0.4Nm to 0.8Nm
15, 16, 18: 0.4Nm to 0.8Nm
Input range and functions settings
As shown in below turn the Dial “Un” to select the proper monitored mains rated voltage.
Adjust dial “U<” to set the required Undervoltage percentage related to mains rated value.
Adjust dial “U>” to set the required Overvoltage percentage related to mains rated value.
Adjust dial “DELAY” to set the delay on alarm activation.
Startup and adjustment
Check correct setting of input range according to supply.
Turn power ON.
If all phases are present, the phase sequence is correct and the phase voltages are all within the set limits, the bi-colour LED Green/Red is GREEN ON steady (No active alarms and no pending ones) Relay #15 to #18 closes and Yellow LED is ON.
The relay releases (200ms delay occurs) when one or more phase voltages fall below 75% of nominal voltage, the phase sequence is not correct or one or more phase voltages exceed the set over / under voltage limits, Relay #15 to #18 opens, Yellow LED turns off and the “AL” LED will show the type of failure occurred.
