This page explains how to request access to License Management in Salesforce using ServiceNow.
Note: Users who already have access to Field Service or Salesforce CRM do not need to submit an access request. Your existing permissions include access to License Management in Salesforce.
- Click the ServiceNow link: Request Access to Salesforce.
- Under Request Details, select the following options:
- Action Required? – Add
- SBU Account – Commercial HVAC Americas
- Access Required? – CHVAC North America – CRM
- For Is National Accounts (Key Accounts) access required? - select Yes or No as appropriate.
- Select the user's Time Zone – Choose the time zone you are in.
3. In the Please select the role field, make sure to select 'Commercial ES&C Technician'
4. Add comments explaining why you are requesting access, then click [Order Now] button.
5. Once your access request is processed, you will receive a notification.
