To verify whether you have access to License Management in Salesforce, follow the steps below and confirm that you can access the required functions.
- Click the link - Symbio 700 Asset | License
- Log in as a Trane Technologies employee.
- Verify that the Asset Details page is displayed.
- Verify that the following buttons are available:
- Add License
- Transfer License
- Generate License File
If you can complete these steps successfully, you already have access to Salesforce License Management and do not need to submit a new access request.
